Fall Break is on the horizon. The University will give students a two-day break from classes on Oct. 12-13.
Including the weekend before the break, it will be four days off and many students are counting down the days and making plans for their downtime from classes, homework and labs.
“I’ll be going to the pumpkin patch sometime over fall break,” said Reagan Vought.
“My family is coming up from Alabama, so I’ll be spending some time with them,” said Sophie Saylor. “We’re going to a pumpkin patch.”
While some students will be strolling through pumpkin patches, others’ plans are less structured.
“I have no clue what I’ll be doing,” said Nathan Crownover.
“I’ll be figuring out my life, man,” said Andrew Stewart.
Many students will be returning home for the break, including junior Stephen Lance, who said he plans to “just chill” in his hometown of Chambersburg.
Evan Garland, a senior Molecular Biology major, has some interesting plans for his time away from Loretto.
“I’m going to see if I can get another tattoo,” said Garland.
For others, the responsibilities seemingly never end.
“I’m going to be working over the break,” said Cole Weiland.
