Students will have the opportunity to interact with more than 100 prospective employers, and members of the SFU Career Services staff highly encourage students to attend.

SFU Career Services has partnered with Mount Aloysius College on the event this year in hopes of introducing employment opportunities to students at both schools, as well as to members of the community.

Beth McGregor, Associate Director of Career Services, and Amy Tercek, Employer Relations/Internship Associate Director, are excited about the event.

“It will never be easier than this,” said Tercek. “One hundred employers on campus, and all you have to do is walk over to Stokes and connect.”

Students will find a wide range of prospective employers at the Stokes Center. McGregor and Tercek advise attendees to dress professionally, bring along multiple copies of resumes, and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews.

“There will be something for everyone,” said McGregor. “Companies looking for chemistry majors, education, accounting, health sciences, marketing.”

Tercek noted that students from all classes should consider attending the event. “It’s not just for seniors,” said Tercek.

The fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
