This weekend is Family Weekend at the University and all are welcome to visit SFU and enjoy time with family and friends. 

Father Malachi will host a Sunday brunch for those wishing to attend there are many activities planned for people of all ages.

“The program (Family Weekend) is very popular with our families,” said Lori Schrift, SFU’s Facilities and Events Coordinator. 

“We do it every year and everyone seems to enjoy it.”

Several new activities are being added this year, including face-painting and an “Explore SCUBA” diving program.

The Solar System 5K is scheduled for Saturday. This event includes CES credit, pizza and prizes.

On Friday is the annual Multicultural Festival, as well as a Mass, an outdoor movie and a reptile exhibit. A magician will also be performing on campus.
